If you would like to use any of our text or photos please email the webmaster with your details and what you want to use it for. Most of our photos have been cut down from the full 16.7m colours original to 256 colours or less so that they load quickly on your browser. If you would like to buy one of the full colour pictures we will be happy to discuss terms. Approx. costs are £10+VAT per photo for commercial use where permission has been sought. In the event that a photo is used from our site without permission in a commercial setting an opportunity will be given to pay a usage fee of £100+VAT per photo. In event that the said fee is not paid within 14 days of rendering of a legal invoice then the fee will increase to £250+VAT per photo and appropriate action will be taken to recover the debt.

If any information on any of our sites is found to have been copied from anywhere we will remove it on receipt of a polite email pointing out what has been copied and from where. We will not respond to aggressive emails or phone calls threatening legal action (except by a suitable response) nor will we drop everything at the treat of something having been copied. We will thoroughly investigate in due process of our business any reported incident of copying and we will take appropriate steps to remove the copied information. It is not the policy of The Great Park Portal Ltd to deprive any individual or company of legal copyright ownership nor will we tolerate any contributor to our sites doing so either.
